Bust(inch or cm)*:
Use a new cloth measuring tape, because an old one maybe stretched. And bring it around your back and across your nipple line (typically the fullest part of the breast). Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. When measuring your bust, you are not measuring your bra size! Measure the fullest part of your chest OVER the bra cup. Try to wear the bra or undergarment
you are intending to use with the dress for a more accurate measurement.

Under Bust*:
The Under bust measurement is taken around the ribcage, directly below the bust. It should be taken level to the floor, even if that's not right where your bra strap sits. Take the tape around your back and bring it back across your ribcage. Don’t pull the tape too tight, please leave some space for you to breath.
